Booth Barn

Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

By using Booth Barn (boothbarn.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. They're short, and written to be read.

What Booth Barn is

Booth Barn gives sellers at farmers markets and craft fairs a simple online shop, and helps shoppers find local makers and the markets they sell at. Shoppers can search and browse, hold items, say they're interested in food, ask questions and follow shops. All sales and payments happen in person between the shopper and the seller. Booth Barn isn't part of the sale and doesn't handle money.

If you shop

Markets

Market pages are put together from the market days sellers add. Unless a page says it's official, Booth Barn isn't run by or connected to that market, and dates and times can change. Check with the market if you're unsure. Only add real markets that are open to the public.

If you run a market

Fair use

Don't use Booth Barn for spam, pranks, illegal items, or to harass anyone. To keep things fair, there are daily limits on things like adding new markets. We may remove content or block access to keep Booth Barn safe for everyone.

SMS Terms

Market reminder texts are optional. When you follow a shop, you can choose to also get a text before that shop's upcoming markets, with the date, time and booth location. You sign up by checking the optional text reminders box on the Follow page and entering your phone number. Following a shop, shopping and buying all work without texts, and you never have to agree to texts to use Booth Barn.

No guarantees

Booth Barn is provided as is. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for the products sellers offer or the sales between sellers and shoppers.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
